「清透」这个词被用坏了。很多人以为清透就是白、就是亮、就是皮肤没有一点纹理，于是提示词里堆满 flawless skin、porcelain、airbrushed，出来的图确实干净，但也确实像塑料模特。真正的清透感来自两件事：光比压得低，高光允许轻微溢出。这篇用同一位女生贯穿 10 条，只换窗光的角度和时间，把这两件事拆开写。
先把光比说清楚，再谈皮肤
人像的「透」是光穿过皮肤边缘产生的，最常出现在鼻翼、耳廓、下巴边缘和发丝交界处。要让这些地方透，主光与暗部的亮度差就不能大——暗部一提亮，皮肤才有半透明的感觉。反过来，如果光比拉到很硬，脸会变成两个色块，再怎么写 skin texture 也救不回来。
第二个关键是高光。清透感允许窗边、肩膀、鼻尖有一点点过曝，这层柔和的溢出会把画面「吹开」。但过曝只能出现在边缘，不能出现在鼻梁正面，否则就成了油光。下面每条提示词都把这两点写进了参数位置，而不是靠形容词。
还有一件必须提前定的事：皮肤要有纹理。写 visible pores、fine hair、natural skin texture，比写 smooth skin 更接近真实照片。完全无纹理的脸，在任何光线下都不会透。
顺光与侧光：最稳的三条（01–03）
这三条容错率最高，适合先跑通风格，再去做难度更高的逆光。
01 · 清晨四十五度侧光

02 · 正午顶光加柔光布

03 · 阴天正面散射光

逆光与硬光：清透感的高光区（04–06）
这一段是整组的关键。逆光负责「透」，硬光负责「真」，两者都要靠补光把暗部拉回来，不然就变成剪影。
04 · 黄昏低角度侧逆光

05 · 强逆光下的轮廓与暗部细节

06 · 百叶窗的条状光

角度、手势与反射光（07–10）
最后四条解决「同一张脸怎么拍出不同情绪」。答案不在表情，在机位和遮挡。
07 · 窗边四十五度前侧半身

08 · 手挡光，指缝漏下的暖色

09 · 雨天白墙反弹光

10 · 蓝调时刻的窗边冷光

通用出图技巧
- 清透感靠低对比，不靠美白。提示词里出现 low contrast、gentle rolloff、open shadows 这三个方向，基本就对了。
- 皮肤描述用纹理词，不用形容词堆叠。visible pores、fine hair、natural texture 比任何 beauty 词都有效。
- 避免 flawless、porcelain、airbrushed、retouched 这类词，它们会直接把皮肤变成塑料。
- 高光溢出只写在边缘，写 glow on the cheekbone 是柔，写 shiny forehead 就是油。
- 同一个人物要固定一段外貌描述，逐字复用，只改光位与机位，否则十张脸十个人。
- 逆光场景一定要写曝光以皮肤为准，这是逆光人像最常见的失败原因。
常见问题
问：为什么我的图总是磨皮磨过头，一点质感都没有？
答：先检查提示词里有没有 flawless、smooth、beauty retouch 之类的高频词，把它们删掉，换成 visible skin texture 与 fine grain。模型对「无瑕」的理解就是抹平，越强调越假。
问：逆光时脸全黑了，怎么救？
答：把补光写进提示词，比如 face lit by bounce from a pale wall，再加一句 exposure held for the skin。如果还不行，把逆光强度降一档，改成 veiled backlight，让光穿过一层纱。
问：十张图的人物不像同一个人，怎么办？
答：把外貌拆成固定字段，发色、发型、脸型、肤色各一句，每次原样粘贴，只改光位、机位、服装。不要每次用不同的词形容同一张脸。
