手机壁纸和普通插画最大的区别，不是尺寸，而是「有没有地方放图标」。一张很好看的云海图，铺到锁屏上把时钟压在云朵亮部，时间立刻读不清；铺到桌面又被图标盖住主体。这 12 条提示词用同一片云海贯穿，按一天里的不同时段推进，同时把留白位置当成硬参数写进去，方便你直接对上锁屏和桌面两种用法。
先解决构图：壁纸的主体不能占满
竖屏壁纸的可用区域其实被系统切成了几块。锁屏顶部要给时间和大字日期留位置，底部要给手电与相机两个快捷入口留位置，中间才是主体能安心待的地方。桌面则相反，图标从左上往右下铺，画面中间偏下往往会被挡住。
所以写提示词时，先决定「留白在哪」，再决定「云海在哪」。这两件事定下来，颜色和光线才有意义。下面每一条都带了 9:16 与位置词，不建议删。
另一个容易被忽略的点是亮度。壁纸是长期停留在屏幕上的图，亮部面积大的图会刺眼，暗部面积大的图会让图标看不清。中低对比、云层边缘柔一点，实际用起来比高对比的「大片感」舒服得多。
清晨到正午：把光留在上方（01–04）
这四条都适合锁屏。共同点是天空占比大，云海压在画面下半部，时间文字有干净的底。
01 · 拂晓前的蓝灰云海

10 · 深蓝渐变的极简夜

通用出图技巧
- 尺寸词写 vertical 9:16，别只写 phone wallpaper，后者经常给出接近方形的构图。
- 留白要指定方位与比例，upper third、lower fifth 这类说法比 leave space 明确得多。
- 治愈系的关键是低对比和柔和边缘，提示词里加 soft edges、low contrast、gentle falloff 三个短语就够。
- 云海不要写 storm、dramatic、epic，这些词会把画面推向风景大片，和长期看屏幕的需求相反。
- 锁屏用图把主体放在下三分之二，桌面用图把主体放在中部，两套别混用。
- 出图后先缩到手机尺寸看一眼，再决定要不要加细节，很多问题在缩略图上才看得出来。
常见问题
问：为什么壁纸导进手机后，上下被裁掉一截？
答：多数是比例不对。生成时明确写 9:16，拿到图后按手机实际分辨率等比缩放，不要直接拉伸。若必须裁切，从上下同时裁，保主体位置不变。
问：锁屏时间总是看不清，怎么调整？
答：问题在主体亮度，不在时间颜色。把留白区域的云写得更平、更暗，或者直接把主体移到下三分之一。也可以给留白区加一层 soft gradient，让白字有稳定的底。
问：同一片云海怎么做出成套感？
答：固定三个东西——视角高度、云层尺度、色温倾向，只改时间和留白位置。视角一变，十二张就不像一个系列了。
小结与延伸阅读
